Federation is looking to support multiple sports / games which are loosing its identity in era of Gadgets. These games help socialize, and also remain fit mentally and physically.
Classes does not include fixed setup. Every two month games change. No gadget allowed policy. Includes individual and team games. Classes include four segments-
1) Warm up / Yoga, 2) High Intensity Games, 3) Medium Intensity Games, and 4) Low Intensity Games.

This includes Toe to head warm up, Primary Stretches, Yoga
Exercise equivalent to Climbing stairs, Kick boxing burning 800 calories per hour.
Exercise equivalent to Rowing machine, Stationary bike burning 500 to 800 calories per hour.
Exercise equivalent to Rowing machine, Stationary bike burning 500 to 800 calories per hour.
